Moving With Mocean

Mocean Dance is pleased to continue our longstanding community partnership with the Halifax Public Libraries for another round of Moving with Mocean!

Running every Tuesday, September 6, 13, 20, + 27 at the Central Library Paul O’Regan Hall from 12:00-12:50

Accessible to any age or skill level – no experience required! Will include ASL interpretation

Engage your body-mind connection with a free movement class designed for inclusivity and aimed to create a sense of community in a creative atmosphere. Awaken your breath connection, mobilize your joints, and bring a little extra movement excitement to your day. With live percussion to accompany the class, we will use a variety of music to lift your spirit and challenge your rhythmic flow.
