Hi everyone! We are Chef Hélène and Chef Éric. We are the founders and owners of Jini Bakery Cookies and Gu Fah Bakery. We have been operating six retail stores in Hong Kong since 2012. Due to the pandemic of 2020, we closed the business and moved to Nova Scotia of Canada.In 2021, we decided to start it over again! We established Hélène Jaune Cookies! We are dedicated to handmade cookies and pastry. Hoping we can bring delicious, happiness, and satisfaction to all the people again!
